Happy 2012! Mrs. Fort Worth International and her New Years Resolutions

Happy New Year! Wow it is 2012-

I am currently reading a book called 52 changes to happiness. This is about implementing small changes for a happier and healthy lifestyle. I am definitely about that!

Week One- Water is the driving force of all nature-Leonardo da Vinci

Start your morning with a glass of water it is an important part of your diet and overall health by carrying nutrients to your cells and is important in digestion. It provides a moist environment for ear, nose, and throat tissue while acting as a lubricant for joints and cushioning vital organs and tissues. Proper hydration helps flush toxins from your system and keeps the blood clean and skin soft and stretchy, and allows you to cool down when you become overheated during exercise.
Access your needs every individual needs vary me personally I have adopted this week a glass when I wake up, a glass after breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner, and a glass when I get home, a glass before I go to the gym, and a glass right before bedtime.

Ladies and Gentlemen Drink, Drink, and Drink is the answer! Let me know how you feel after a week.
