A Day in A Life of a Beauty Queen

I can’t believe that we are already into November. The first freeze has already hit Texas and it is back up to 75 degrees just a few days later. Fall is one of my favorite seasons. You can start to see leaves turn there beautiful seasonal colors, children are back in school itching for vacation and the early display of Christmas items beckoning at me that Christmas is not that far off.

Sometimes in my life I find myself slowing down to appreciate what I have and where I am in my life. This world is crazy at times and it is not always easy to wear the hats sometimes you have to juggle. My husband is everything that I want for a husband good, bad and indifferent. He is my soul mate and my life partner. I do cherish him so. I have been blessed in life with a son who is now just finding his way as a young adult and he gives me joy that I cannot describe as a parent. Two of the men in my life that make my world A-okay!

Kobe and Onyx are my cats. You can definitely tell when you are in my house that they love me unconditionally. Maybe it is because I control the food. 

I am really fortunate that I am at the point in my life that I am able to be able an ambassador for my community and for my causes.

One of my friends from high school placed a post on facebook and listed her friends what they would be as a RP character and she listed me as a healer. It is funny and true. I not only want world peace, I want to heal the world from sickness and hate.
